Capcom has confirmed that C. Viper will join Street Fighter 6 as a downloadable character on October 15. First introduced in Street Fighter IV, the secret agent now returns as the research director at SiRN, dealing with the aftermath of Shadaloo.

How to unlock C. Viper

The character will be available through different options:

• Included in the Year 3 Character Pass;
• Available in the Year 3 Ultimate Pass;
• Or purchased individually with Fighter Coins.

Viper will feature two alternate outfits at launch:

• Outfit 1: reflecting her new SiRN role;
• Outfit 2: a throwback to her Street Fighter IV design, obtainable via Fighter Coins or max bond in World Tour mode.

Special crossover celebration

On October 15, Street Fighter 6 will also celebrate the 30th anniversary of the visual novel Banshee’s Last Cry (Kamai-tachi no Yoru) with a crossover event that includes:

• A free new World Tour episode;
• Exclusive decorations for the Battle Hub;
• Login rewards for players during the campaign period.

Zangief’s mecha costume and music collab

Also arriving on the same date is Zangief’s Outfit 4, inspired by mecha design. To celebrate, Capcom is teaming up with heavy metal band Cavalera Conspiracy, which will release an exclusive original track for the launch.
