Meg, the latest playable character in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, will join the roster on October 15 as part of the game’s Season 2 Character Pass, announced Cygames and Arc System Works. The DLC will be priced at $7.99 and released alongside the version 2.30 update.
Meg’s fighting style revolves around teamwork with her loyal shark partner, Ursula. She combines melee attacks with water-infused abilities, creating a fluid and dynamic combat approach that emphasizes range and timing.
One of her cinematic Super Arts features Mari firing a shark-themed rocket launcher, ending in a spectacular explosion that leaves opponents in awe. This move highlights Meg’s mix of power and personality.
Meg can also call Mari to attack outside of her Super, functioning as an assist move that expands her offensive potential and combo creativity. This new mechanic is expected to shake up the competitive scene of Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
